    M/s. Vista Entertainments in association with HICC brings to you the first ever Auto Show in Hyderabad called the “Hyderabad International Auto Show 2009”. This will be a ‘B to C’ annual event which aims to reach directly to customers and focus on getting direct bookings/sales for the exhibitors. 

    Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC) is one of the Largest facilities of its kind in Asia.  It is a joint venture between Emaar Properties of Dubai and APIIC.  The operations of which are handled by Accor Asia Pacific Corporation, which is one of the worlds largest hospitality and Tourism management companies in the world today.  HICC is a part of the Novotel Hotel which is located along with it in  the same prmises. HICC is a pillar free internal hall of net 6,480 sq. mtrs which can accommodate upto 5000 people and create an ambience of a five star ball room.

    Vista Entertainments has signed up with HICC for the next three years for hosting this event and will be an Annual Affair.

    This event is being conducted under the guidance and support of the Federation of All-India Automobile Dealers Association (FADA) which is the Apex body of all the Automobile Dealers and the Andhra Pradesh Motor Vehicle Dealers Association (APMVDA) which is the Apex body of all the motor dealers of Andhra Pradesh. The present president of FADA Mr. S.P.Shah and other office bearers would be present as dignitaries for the inauguration of the show and FADA is organizing its South India Summit along with the show.

    The event will be of the first of its kind in the south India spread over 6,400 sq. mtrs of Air-conditioned facility, where we expect participation from all the major automobile manufactures, finance companies and insurance companies. We already have confirmations from four wheelers like Audi, BMW, Ford, General Motors, Honda, Hyundai, Mahindra, Maruti, Mitsubishi, Tata Motors, Toyota, Volvo and Volkswagen.

    “This event will also include exclusive display of Vintage / classic cars which will be in association with the Deccan Heritage Automobile Association (DHAA). Apart from this there will be stalls of car accessories like Sony, JBL, Panasonic, Boston Audio, Satguide, Map my India, Garmin, Xenos, Garware, Ect.”

    It would be a 4 Day event from 16th to 19th of July 2009. Out of which 16th July will be the setup day and the actual event will be from the 17th July to 19th July.  On 17th July the event would be inaugurated by a VVIP followed by a press conference.  The first half of the day (up to 2.00pm) would be reserved exclusively for the press and some special invitees and the balance two and half days would be open to public. There would be an entry ticket which will ensure filtered crowd.

    FADA is also planning its South India Summit in Hyderabad to coincide with this Auto Expo where we will have all the Council Members of FADA and dealer members from South India Participating.
